Avec l\u2019av\u00e8nement de la future r\u00e9glementation environnementale et l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation E+C-, il est devenu indispensable de mesurer au plus t\u00f4t la sensibilit\u00e9 des param\u00e8tres de programmation et de conception en mati\u00e8re de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
La vocation d\u2019une \u00e9quipe d\u2019\u00e9co-conception est de pouvoir accompagner au plus t\u00f4t les acteurs du projet pour prendre les bonnes orientations sur des param\u00e8tres comme la morphologie, le mode constructif, le degr\u00e9 d\u2019ouverture, la mat\u00e9rialit\u00e9 biosourc\u00e9e et les \u00e9quipements. Pour s\u2019engager sur un niveau de performance carbone, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019int\u00e9grer au plus t\u00f4t l\u2019impact financier des choix induits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Or, la mise en oeuvre d\u2019une analyse de cycle de vie d\u00e9taill\u00e9e (ACV) est souvent chronophage et n\u00e9cessite un haut degr\u00e9 d\u2019avancement technique (DPGF, d\u00e9finition des produits). Elle n\u2019est donc pas adapt\u00e9e en phase de programmation ou en phase d\u2019esquisse. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Depuis deux ans, notre \u00e9quipe d\u00e9veloppe D\u00e9carbone+, un outil d\u2019aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision d\u00e9ployable d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re lecture du programme. Il est le fruit d\u2019un long travail de recherche et de capitalisation sur les ACV r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par AIA Environnement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Les r\u00e9ponses apport\u00e9es par D\u00e9carbone+ : <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Identifier au plus t\u00f4t les principaux leviers d\u2019actions pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions carbones et les co\u00fbts associ\u00e9s. <\/li>
Caract\u00e9riser les impacts CO2 en amont de projet de mani\u00e8re fiable et efficace pour \u00e9valuer la faisabilit\u00e9 d\u2019un niveau de performance vis\u00e9 (CARBONE 1-2). <\/li>
Permettre une adaptation et une modification de la base de donn\u00e9es suivant les avanc\u00e9es de la base INIES. <\/li>
\u00catre appropriable par diff\u00e9rents profils d\u2019acteurs de la maitrise d\u2019oeuvre et de la ma\u00eetrise d\u2019ouvrage. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Les impacts environnementaux sont issus de la base INIES et mis \u00e0 jour r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. La base de donn\u00e9es sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de projet non d\u00e9finis en phase Esquisse (quantit\u00e9s d\u00e9taill\u00e9es) est aliment\u00e9e par les retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience de m\u00e9tr\u00e9s issus du service Economie d\u2019AIA Ing\u00e9nierie. Sa fiabilit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9e sur un premier panel repr\u00e9sentatif d\u2019op\u00e9rations en comparant les r\u00e9sultats g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s aux ACVs saisies sous le logiciel Elodie en phase PRO\/DCE\/AOR (\u00e9carts de 2 \u00e0 7% constat\u00e9s sur le Eges,PCE). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
